Colu was a highly advanced technological planet and the home planet of the Coluans.
History[]
Colu is home to a green skinned humanoid life form known as the Coluans. They are one of the most advanced species in the universe, with technological and scientific advancements dwarfing those of other planets. The government was organized so that the populace was governed by highly advanced computers. Colu is the birthplace of the Dox family, whose most famous representative is the world-conqueror Brainiac.

- The name Colu was only first used years after the planet's first appearance; in the "Meet the Legion" compendium section of Adventure Comics #362. Colu was first called by its proper name in universe in Adventure Comics #378.
- In the comics, the Coluans, were enslaved by the advanced computers they had created known as the Computer Tyrants.
