The Communication Towers, more simply known as Comm Towers, are both a Location and, technically, a Collectable in Batman: Arkham Origins.
They are located in all seven districts of Gotham City, with four in Old Gotham, one each found in Bowery, Park Row, Amusement Mile, and the Industrial District. The remaining three are found in New Gotham with Coventry, Diamond District, and Burnley each having one.
Hacking them unlocks the Batwing Drop-Point of said district, as well as showing any Enigma Transmitters left in the area.
