Dee Bradley Baker is an American voice actor who provided the voice of Ra's al Ghul in Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham Knight. He had other voice-acting credits in other DC Comics projects such as Eagly from Peacemaker, Cinderblock and Plasmus from Teen Titans, Sunny Jim and Tubo from Lobo, and Brain and the Clock King from Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
