James Horan is an American screen and voice actor. He's known to Star Trek fans for a number of roles, including Ikat'ika on Deep Space Nine and the enigmatic "Future Guy" on Enterprise. He's made a number of guest appearances on live-action television, and also lent his voice talents to Smaug in The Hobbit video game, Doctor Strange in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes, Skull Face in Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain, and President Shinra in Final Fantasy VII: Remake. He provides the voice for Jack Ryder in the Batman: Arkham Series, as well as the voices of many background characters across the franchise.
