Jefferson Skeevers was a drug dealer and pimp for the Falcone Crime Family. He is the younger brother of Eddie Skeevers, a notorious mob boss in Gotham City.

Jefferson had begun operating as a drug dealer and pimp for the Falcone Family, and had presumably been arrested for never revealed crimes.

A placard with his name can be seen in the GCPD Building. Jefferson's family, led by his older brother Eddie, are also listed among the numerous organized crime figures of Gotham City on the GCPD's board.
