North Refrigeration was a refrigeration company in Blüdhaven that was created by the Penguin and his crew as a front to illegally smuggle weapons caches during the events of Batman: Arkham Knight. It was created via a deed that the Cobblepots stashed inside their manor, which Penguin retrieved shortly after the events of Batman: Arkham City.
Nightwing, who already investigated the company at Blüdhaven, went over to Gotham City. He eventually allied with Batman to find the North Refrigeration trucks so Batman could follow them back to the secret weapons cache. Batman, who had recently lost Oracle to Scarecrow and the Arkham Knight, reluctantly accepted Nightwing's aid. North Refrigeration was ultimately shut down after all of the weapons caches were destroyed and Penguin himself was arrested.
