Stacy Baker was a doctor who volunteered to help the inmates within Arkham City.

Stacy Baker was kidnapped by Harley Quinn when she and her gang attacked the church medical center. Stacy was taken back to the Sionis Steel Mill in an ice cream truck. There, she was forced to inspect The Joker, to try to cure his illness. When she was unsuccessful, Stacy was thrown from Joker's office to the factory floor where she was to be executed by Mr. Hammer. Joker changed his mind and his henchmen took her to the smelting chamber to be tortured. Batman arrived and rescued her. It was Stacy who told Batman of the Joker's Titan poisoning.
When Batman later returned, Stacy mistook him for a hostile and attempted to attack with a pipe but the Dark Knight parried her attack. After she apologized, she warned Batman that the Joker's men were setting up mines in the next room.
After Arkham City Incident[]
After beating the Main Story, when you return to the Steel Mill, she is nowhere to be found. Her final fate is unknown.

- She is the only member of the Medical Team not to be abducted by The Riddler.
- She spoke with a pronounced accent.
- Using a Remote Control Batarang you can see her before she attacks you with a pipe. However using Detective Mode allows you to do the same thing.
- She is voiced by Grey DeLisle.
