Incident Reports[]

Arkham City Incident[]

Strickland volunteered to join the strike team operating undercover in Arkham City. He and nine other members of the team infiltrated Penguin's gang. Unfortunately, the team was uncovered and taken hostage, where they were subjected to random beatings and torture inside the Museum, specifically the Iceberg Lounge.

After entering the Torture Chamber and rescuing Officer Forrester, Batman then sees Officers Strickland and Whitman encased in ice along the right side of the room. Using a raft and his Batclaw to pull himself towards the trapped officers, Batman eventually frees them. The two officers thank Batman and rest on the docks on the right side of the room.

After Arkham City Incident[]

When the GCPD stormed the mega prison the undercover cops were rescued.

Before Arkham Knight Incident[]

The surviving undercover cops transferred away from Gotham following the Arkham City Incident.

Quotes[]

  • "We've barricaded the route back into the Museum. There's no way anyone's coming through here."
  • "I've had it with this place. Ninjas, one-eyed freaks, ice men, what next? Zombies?"

Trivia[]

  • It is possible Strickland is referring to Solomon Grundy when he says "what next? Zombies?" as Grundy is technically undead, thus making him a zombie.
