Tara Lyn Strong (née Charendoff) is a Canadian-American voice actress who took over as the voice of Harley Quinn in the Arkhamverse from Arleen Sorkin, starting with Batman: Arkham City. She also voiced the character in Injustice: Gods Among Us and made a cameo voicing her again in the Arrow TV series.
Her other notable DC Comics-based voice roles include Barbara Gordon/Batgirl in Batman: The killing joke, The New Batman Adventures, Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker, Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman, Gotham Girls, Batman: Vengeance and Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu as part of the DCAU, Raven in Teen Titans, Vicki Vale in The Batman vs. Dracula, and Helena Bertinelli/Huntress in Batman: The Brave and the Bold.
