Troy Edward Baker is an American actor, guitarist, and singer-songwriter with many voice-acting credits in animation, English dubs for anime, and video games.
He voiced Two-Face in the Batman: Arkham series, Robin in Batman: Arkham City and Batman: Arkham City Lockdown, Officer Whitman in Arkham City, the Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate, Batman: Assault on Arkham, and Batman: Arkham Shadow, Jason Todd (Arkham Knight/Red Hood) in Batman: Arkham Knight, and Salvatore Maroni in Arkham Shadow. He also provided the vocal effects for Nightwing in Arkham City and reprised the role of Jason Todd in Batman: Arkham VR.
