Wally West is the fastest speedster alive, and the third superhero known as the Flash. Drawing superspeed from the Speed Force, he uses these abilities to fight villains in Keystone City. The nephew of Barry Allen, Wally fought crime alongside his mentor during his youth as the original Kid Flash, the loyal sidekick of the Flash. Now an adult and hero in is own right, Wally protects the citizens of Keystone City while honoring the legacy and example given to him by his uncle Barry.

- In DC Comics continuity, Wally West is the third person to take up the mantle of the "Flash". Jay Garrick was the first, Barry Allen the second, and Bart Allen was (albeit briefly) the fourth.
- In the comics, Wally is best friends with Dick Grayson.
