The Justice League Satellite orbiting Earth, also known as the Watchtower is a large, multi-tiered mechanical platform orbiting Earth, and is the true headquarters of the Justice League. It is located in orbit miles above the surface of the Earth and League members are transported to the Watchtower from the Hall of Justice, aiding the Justice League in watching over the world and monitoring for potential threats that demand the League's attention.

- Batman paid for its construction, creating the crime detection network.
- With the imprisonment of the Justice League by Brainiac’s hand the Watchtower was left abandoned above Earth. It is possible that now that the league has been rescued, they will use it again.
- In the Elseworlds, Brainiac has modified them to find other worlds to conquer.
- Lois Lane in her broadcasts would imply that Brainiac was also using these watchtowers to keep watch over something that was hunting him across dimensions. Toyman would later imply that it was a future iteration of Brainiac searching for his original self to destroy in an effort to avert the destruction of Colu.
